There’s just something so wondrous about enacting a change that has felt like a long time coming. About stepping out of the liminal space—no matter how much magic we’ve discovered there. And about redefining ourselves in ways we once would have found unfathomable.
I have entered into a portal of activation, transformation, and remembrance here in Peru. But if I’m being honest with myself, I’ve been hurtling towards this moment for a very long time.
At one point, though, I was unsure it would ever come. I went to sound baths and yoga classes, oh so many healing spaces where I still couldn’t escape the sounds of my own internal noise; there was always an internal, nonstop chatter that was my anxiety drumming through and through and through. Or at least, that’s what I thought it was.
Sometimes, what we think we need to heal isn’t actually the core wound or issue. Sometimes, it’s the symptom.

Whatever we’d like to call it, Reiki has been the singular most effective tool I’ve learned to wield against it. To process and work with healing it.
Reiki has brought me calm when nothing else has.
It has brought me stillness when nothing else could.
𝙲𝚘𝚖𝚋𝚒𝚗𝚎𝚍 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚍𝚎𝚎𝚙 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚍𝚎𝚟𝚘𝚝𝚎𝚍 𝚒𝚗𝚗𝚎𝚛 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚔, 𝚒𝚝 𝚑𝚊𝚜 𝚑𝚎𝚕𝚙𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚘 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎 𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚖𝚎.
I have been releasing so much throughout my travels in the Sacred Valley. And I have been relearning: among other things, my relationship with the earth. With Pachamama, as the Peruvians call her—the primordial goddess spirit of this special and potent land. With the wind, the rain, and the divine fire that burns within me and within us all. And with the manner in which I can now draw even more tangibly from the energy, the universal life force, present in e v e r y t h i n g.
The energetic purging of stagnant belief systems, thought patterns, and mental and emotional processes has been real. So, too, has been the magic following me everywhere I go.
We can choose to surprise ourselves at any time, and I am, indeed, surprised at myself and my life. I am meeting myself anew—in this new chapter, in this new offering, and in the ways it’s all unfolding.
At the same time, a deep and primal part of me is not surprised at all.
One of the only constants we can count on is change; but I’ll take that a step further and posit that we find our greatest power in that ability, that brilliant potential, for personal alchemy.
And I have done it many, many times. It’s what the name “Kimia” means in Farsi, even—the ancient process of alchemy, that is, or of turning liquid into gold.

The world is on fire. Been. It doesn’t stop hurting or feeling heavy; it doesn’t stop triggering and wounding us, but we do get stronger.
True change starts with healing, which begins by looking within. And if enough of us embark on this path of self-healing and transformation, we’ll be unstoppable. You can’t tell me otherwise. (!)
We’ve already shifted to higher frequencies and a higher consciousness as a collective (alright, here comes the astrology, but Pluto in Aquarius, a sweeping generational shift that started on January 20, is already shaping out to be positively astronomical—both on individual and collective levels).
Those of us walking the path of ascension will only continue to shift, bucking free of the old paradigms, the old roads and structures. Healing our external realities starts with shifting our inner stories, with healing ourselves and our own ancestral and generational trauma.
As within, so without.

What a virtual session with me looks like:
My intuitive Reiki healing sessions differ slightly from your traditional Reiki session. I do a full chakra rebalancing, providing Reiki support for any energy centers that are out of alignment, in addition to sharing any messages that come through from your guides, angels, or spirit team as I do. I will walk you through the whole process, nothing to worry about on your end other than being open to the Reiki energy and any messages from Spirit that may come through.
If there’s something specific you’d like me to work on, such as any stressors, imbalances you’re conscious of, etc. you can feel free to let me know. If not, no issue there; you can absolutely just show up and be present without any target issues in mind, opting for a general energy sweep and energetic cleansing session.
